Dictionary Day is an occasion to recognize the value of dictionaries in our language understanding
The Middle School celebrated a unique "Dictionary Day" on April 12, 2024! Pupils from third grade to eighth grade participated in this enjoyable event that focused entirely on language. Students were given words to look up in dictionaries and record in their notebooks throughout this activity. Being the first student to raise their hand and accurately define the word was the challenge for the class.
Seeing everyone experiment with new words and pick up dictionary familiarity was fascinating.
